The good news out of Iraq is being reported by some of the networks over the last couple of days, however the trend has been to report only those stories that fit the media's political template. Good news is bad news for the left, so it's left out.

Good news is not news, for the mainstream media. There is plenty of coverage by other journalists in other outlets, to say nothing about the growing number of blogs, military and civilian, Iraqi and foreign.

Because the liberal leftist run media only shows bad news. You won't hear how the surge is working or any of that from the left.
