No, but George W. Bush should go to jail.

Bill Clinton did not smoke dope in the United States, so he therefore did not violate United States law. President Clinton experimented with pot while he was studying at Oxford University in England.

George W. Bush snorted Cocaine while he was living in West Texas. He was on United States soil, and therefore violated United States law.

The burden of proof is that you knowingly committed a crime. Bonds has repeatedly stated he UNKNOWINGLY may have come into contact with it. Next, the key witness will sit in jail and not testify, so you case is moot. Last, he hasn't failed any MLB steroids tests.

Barry Bonds is proof that racism still exists in baseball and our society. Mark McGuire testified and took the 5th, no one persecutes him for it.

As far as Clinton goes, at least he likes young women, not page boys .

8 years later and you guys are still having nightmares about Bill Clinton. Bill was aquitted by the Senate. You should look that word up "A-Q-U-I-T". And then move on to political issues related to THIS century.

Umm Clinton was already sentenced for that.
can't be sentenced twice for the same crime, well without repealing the constitution that is. I don't happen to like where your idea is headed.
But I couldn't have answered any better than TroubleMaker.

What is even more peculiar is that the last U.S. Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales, lied to Congress, and jailed people for lying to his office assistants.

What you stick in your body or even someone else's with permission should be your business .
