if we was talking about best rapper alive right now u would have to say Lil Wayne based on skills, lyrics and overall flow. But if you talking about best rapper ever you would have to say Tupac. But u have to give some of these other rappers their props including Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and others rappers out here that straight spitting. I would say Jay-Z, Nas, or 50 cent but their done fell off like completely

LOL...there aint no real answer to this...Everyone has a different opinion about different rappers....Thats like asking what is the best car(if all in same price range of course) or Whats better Nike or Adidas( I like Nike better)....But this is all a matter of opinion...
