Not noticeable in office apps, web surfing, downloading, MP3 playing. Noticeable in games if you are using a high-end card.

Take note that your motherboard should support 1333mHz fsb to run the E6750. Otherwise it will just be downclocked if default fsb is only 1066mHz.

Personally, I would just overclock the E6400 to the maximum speed that it can be stable at stock voltage. This is what the E6400 can usually do:

Yes, but first of all consult the "CPU Compatiibility Check" on the website or in the manual of the manufacturer of the motherboard to be sure that the CPU will properly work on with that motherboard...

I doubt it unless you are using it for intense data processing. Games, etc probably wouldn't benefit.
