my cousin broke his arm
and all my friends did

i wanan break my arm or hand or wrist

This one guy on Yahoo Answers said you can put half a potato on your wrist and leave it there overnight. Then, in the morning, you tap the wrist with a spoon and it will break.

Can't see how it would hurt...
