find the area of the figure and the figure look likes a straight rectangle and from the left side some space is cutted and the rectangle has three demensions and one is missed

the shape you have described is a trapezoid.
There will be three "straight" lines and one "diagonal line ... the straight line OPPOSITE the diagonal one is the "altitude".

Multiply the altitude by the AVERAGE of the other two.
IE Altitude * (L1+L2)/2
3 * (7+2)/2
3 * 4.5
=13.5 (remember it will be "units SQUARED" because it is area
