A generic Piledriver is one of them, but not the most dangerous.
I believe one of the moves that is more dangerous is the Ganso Bomb, a variation of a Powerbomb and Piledriver. Also, a lot of turnbuckle moves are more dangerous.
**ramon t- Stone Cold also got injured because he set himself up for the wrong type of Piledriver: a Tombstone Piledriver. If Owen Hart did that version instead of the sitdown version, Stone Cold would've been less likely to get injured.

If you dont know how to take a piledriver, than it is dangerous, the secret to a decent piledriver is landing your shoulders on the opponents hips while tuckingthe head so it wont hit. Many variations of the driver normally land on the shoulders and never are landed in the head. The reason stone cold got injured was because, he was way to under to actually secure his shoulders and his head, making possible to land head first and not rolling his head out

YUP! Its actually banned from the wwe. I think stone cold even had a stipulation that he could never get piledrived in his contract

every move is dangerous if it isn't done properly. hardcore holly's neck got broken when brock lesnar gave him a sh!tty powerbomb. sabu broke his neck from a weird toss by chris benoit. anything can happen.
