Gosh no. He was a man of peace. There is no peace.
It's not just Bush and Iraq. People are still intolerant of opposing points of view. Despite the internet and free trade, we still think of people on the other side of the world as inhuman and "evil."
Though he wouldn't be satisfied, I do think he'd be pleased by progress made in civil rights. A black man is running a *serious* campaign for President. A black woman is Secretary of State. Such developments were unimaginable in King's time.

Well people are alot less racist but you still do get the odd lowlife picking on foreigners. But I've only ever been to America once and everyone was nice, so meh I don't know.

That must have been one crappy dream then.
I think it's good enough though, but then, some people will never be satisfied. Racism is still very widespread, but it is largely denounced publically. I think he'd be surprised how much things have changed though.
