This is approx an additional 10% square footage.

How much value could this add to my house?

I take it that your home is currently a one bedroom unit. The finishing of the attic will effectively give you a second bedroom and will definitely add value to your home. The question is, "how much?" and this impossible to answer without a lot more information. but it sounds like a good project and bringing your home over the 800 sq.ft. range and changing it to a 2 bedroom will certainly add value.

Any additional sq/ft will add value. The amount is the question. You should hire a local real estate appraiser to come take a look, and tell you what value you will add. Only then can you decide if it is worth it.

None, unless it's a high rise in a huge city where property is scarce. If you own the ground beneath and around it, it's better to tear the structure down and build a 2 or 3 story. That way you're not paying for the air from going upward, or the cost of purchasing additional land.

75 sq. ft is real small for any room but will make you a good storage area that you will need living in a 750 sq ft. house. good luck

As a mortgage lender I can say that many banks have restrictions on financing around that square footage so making it a bit larger could add value by increasing potential buyers.... just a thought.
