4x-y=3 to get slope intercept for you need to get y by itself so add y to both sides you get
4x=y+3 then subtract 3 from both sides
4x-3=y that is your slope intercept form

x=3 graph would mean that for whatever number y is x will always be 3. so graph points with any y like (3,0) (3,1) (3,-1) and you will see that the line is a vertical line going through the point (3,0)

You need to know slope-intercept form: y = mx + b

Notice when x=0, y = b so b is the y-intercept. For a change of 1 unit in x, y changes by m(1) = m so m is the slope. So any time you solve for y you have put the linear equation in slope-intercept form . Solving your equation in (1) gives
y = 4x + (-3) so slope is 4 and y-intercept is -3.

In problem (2) x=3 for any value of y so the points ((3,0), (3,1), (3,2), etc. These points all lie on the vertical line through x=3.
