good question...
Brazil had to add an additive to its bioethanol to make it stink and smell bad... and avoid people to come to this stupid idea of drinking it.

considering the other 15% includes petroleum derived denaturant, I'd have to guess NO!

Don't give anyone any ideas...please. I am sure there will be someone dumb enough to try separating alcohol from gasoline.
