Ours stay up year round, but we don't turn them on until after Thanksgiving. Our neighbor across the street uses them year round because after Christmas they turn into party lights. And they hold a lot of parties.

Yes! Lots of the houses in my area still have their lights up from last year! It would be one thing if they were decorative used for all year, but this is ridiculous!

That's funny; reminds of my brother was in AA and went to find a new member to drive him to a meeting and he and his sponsor drove up this canyon where the guy lived and they could not find the house; finally they spotted one (this was in July) with a Christmas tree in the window...eureka! That was the guy!

Yes, my neighbor does. She's crazy. She thinks she's "rebelling" against the city and the homeowners association.
