India is the only country in the World with all the weather.
We have desert, peaks, plains,rivers, backwaters, deltas in this single country.
Imagine a country which can self satisfy a 130 crore population, especially in food, water,shelter,jobs, travel & tourism needs, etc.
That's India.

Himalayan regions : in Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, UP, Kashmir you will find snowfall in the winter season.
The nearest snowfall areas to reach easily include : Dalhousie, Khajjiar in Chamba region of Himachal Pradesh, Mcleodgunj (Dharamsala), Shimla and all the areas onwards till Leh and running into Kashmir experience heavy snowfalls.
Usual dates are 25th December onwards.

it snows in the north......there r mountains up there so its always snowing in the peaks
