My friend is trying to get full custody of his daughter, but the childs mother's myspace page has some "not so desireable content" on it. Could this harm her chances if he brings this info to court? Or do most courts these days care more about food/shelter/and health? There are refrences on it to drugs, dirty pics, etc.

Knowing that myspace can be used as a tool in school for disciplinary actions I'm sure that the judge will look at the page ONLY if he deems it fully necessary.

Definitely print it out for documentation; make sure the web address and a date is on all pages. I don't know that it will swing the judge solely in your friend's favor, but a little extra ammo doesn't hurt.
