Is it possible to rewire a Ps/2 keyboard to a Usb?

I opened the casing to my Ps/2 keyboard and it had an extra Yellow wire that a usb cord does not have.

Would i be still be able to rewire and make it functional?

The last USB keyboard I bought cost about $10 from Tiger Direct?
