How do i buy a podium for my home business on Sims 2?

I looked all over for the item and i can't find it.
I'm making a restaurant, so that is why i need it. PLEASE Help me

A restaurant cannot be a home based business. You can sell food that you put in the cooler, but you can't have a restaurant on your residential lot.
