My computer main drive (C:) has only two gigabytes of memory with 1.88 GB already used. This must be a glitch or something so I want to switch to my drive (F:) because that holds up to 74 GB. Yet i can't find out how to. I've tried looking online but the instructions are too confusing so could someone tell me how to switch them but not speak too much "computer" talk because i don't understand that kind. Please respond ASAP!!!

You sound like you don't understand what is going on, and are not prepared to undertake the task yourself. Best get a knowledgeable friend on it.

It's not really that simple. You need to have your operating system on your primary drive. Assuming this is a desktop PC, you can take the drives out and swap the cables, so that your 74GB drive is the primary drive - but then you have to install your operating system to it. You'll have to back up all your data, and to get the best result, format the 74GB disk before swapping them. Then once you switch the cables to the drives (most likely IDE cables) and the jumpers (I find it easiest to set the primary drive to primary, and the secondary to slave, but some people prefer to use "Cable Select Mode" because it's more automatic), you'll have to insert an Operating System installation disk to install the OS again (whatever version of Windows you are running).
You can use the 2GB drive as a secondary storage drive, but as you already know, you wont be able to keep much on it.

If you are not familiar with jumpers, IDE cables, reinstalling operating systems, etc, you are better off to get a professional or knowledgable friend to do it for you.

A 74GB primary drive wont hold you for long, though, in todays world of big media files. If you have a few hundred dollars you can spare, best to get a new pc.

You can not switch hard drive that simple since you have your windows system on the small partition. You maybe able to use partition magic to repartition the main drive so it become the larger hard drive of the two. With a drive this small, you should think about buying a new system. Some new desktop can be as low as $350.

Your 74GB drive might have come with a program that copies everything from your old drive onto the new one. If you have anything saved on the new drive, back it up first.
