Quizno's is better overall.

But the sub shop that OWNS both of them is Jersey Mike's.

You probably don't have JM's out on the west coast but I guarantee you if you had a JM's sub you'd wish you did.

Here on the east coast we laugh at the comparison between JM's and Subway. It ain't even close.

It's kinda like you west coasters raving about In 'n Out burgers. It'd be like if I asked you who makes a better burger, McDonald's or In 'n Out. You'd laugh in my face.

At Subway they put like 4 slices of meat on the sub unless you order double meat. I can make a better sandwich than that at home. At JM's they slice the meat right in front of you off the slicer and pile at least 8-9 slices on the sub roll even if you don't order double meat.

And if you want a chicken parm or hot sub? They cook it up for you right then, right off the grill. Not some microwaved chicken slices in a paper tray.

Once you had a JM's sub you wouldn't even go near a Subway unless you could only scrounge up $3.99 to eat. If you had $8 and a choice between the two, you wouldn't even think twice here on the east coast. JM's all the way.

You know what? Quizno's offers almost nothing healthy so I am done with them.
I like the veggie on toasted wheat bun at Subway

Quizno's can make whatever you want, too, and they have all different kinds of sauces. Not just one or two.

I had a bad experience with Subway once, and it's partly my fault, but I havent eaten them since. I've always been kinda so-so about them anyways, but Quizno's has never let me down.

I like subway better. The differnce to me is the bread. I have had the chicken teriakyki and it is good, but I prefer the Southwest Cheese steak with kttuce, inions, green peppers and black olives on hearty italian bread. Try it some time :).

Personally, I prefer Subway. We had a Quizno's near us that didn't stay open long, but I found them to be too expensive and not that great.

Subway. I don't get Quiznos often enough to really be into it.
