I let her know that I wuold get my child the last part, but i cant recall if she agreed or not. I was suposed to pick my child up this last part of the week, and I told my ex she can have my child for Thanksgiving day , she erfused, and told me she would be taking off out of town , which on the court order said she cannot. Your ex obviously doesn't care about the court order or how your child feels. I would definitly take this to the judge and possibly press charges. With all the crazies out there, you need to protect your child. You may not think your ex would do anything to harm her, but you need to be careful.

I think by the way you posted your question, I think you already know the answer, you just need some back up.

Stop putting this child in the middle of your fights with your ex. Do you know how bad the child will begin to feel after a while? The poor kid will think all this crap is his/her fault and feel deep guilt and depression over it. One of you is going to have to back away from this situation until things smooth over or one or the other of you grows up.
