Is it TRUE that earth is compressing from north and south poles, becoming like horizontal EIGHT; due to some effect by OZONE LAYER? Is it true that IT IS NO LONGER CORRECT THAT "EARTH IS ROUND, A BALL, LIKE AN OSTRICH's EGG?"

First, it has never been true that the earth is perfectly round. The "roundest" astrological bodies are neutron stars, which still have minute flaws.
Second, The ozone layer is a layer of gas. The effect of a layer of gas on a body measuring 5.9736×10^24 kg is negligible, at best.
So to answer your question, no. The earth is not being significantly disfigured by the ozone layer. The Earth is being compressed by many forces, including the ozone layer, but many of the sources have an infinitesimal effect on the physical characteristics of the Earth.

"someone" is full of ozone. All the atmospheric gasses combined cannot reshape the earth. The material that makes up the earth's mass produces enough gravity to keep the earth in a spherical shape (though slightly oblate because of its rotation.

That is total nonsense. Earth's shape in not changing. You can see the present shape from space craft. The source is a recent picture.
