god some people make me sick, theres more to vegas than gambling anyway, if you do get him a fake licence i hope he gets caught, and it will teach him and you a lesson

i had just turned 21 when i went to vegas in feb and was asked for ID so many times just for sitting in a casino, I did show my driving licence many times but as most of the people couldn't find where the date of birth was on it they asked to see my passport, which i happily showed them. USA is much stricter than the UK when checking ID the way it should be it's far too soft over here

I really can't believe a Mother would even ask such a question. What an example to set - Hello! "Mommy is willing to break the law so you won't get bored!"

There are plenty of things for a 20 year old besides gamble. He won't have time to get bored.

you truly do no longer opt for to target shifting into Las Vegas casinos utilising a pretend I.D. they're going to spot it immediately away. The administration of the casinos have too a lot adventure with this kind of mission that you are able to interrupt out with it. They function multi-million dollar businesses, and could no longer placed their licenses in chance by tolerating both below age gamblers, or drinkers of their centers. you are able to be 21 years previous interior united statesa. to enter a playing on line casino, or to purchase / devour liqueur. you may take care of to pull this off in California, yet both Arizona and Nevada are a very conservative states, and they don't look the places to be attempting something unlawful. playstation : even if you probably did not ask, yet on your suggestion prostitution is criminal in licensed brothels in some counties of Nevada, yet completely unlawful in Clark County, (Las Vegas)..

I really wouldn't recommend this. Unlike in the UK it is actually illegal to drink/gamble in the USA underage (in the UK it's the venue that is prosecuted not the individual). I went to Vegas when I was 20 (I did look much older) and I did get requested to leave, they told me they'd been watching me and I wasn't actually playing anything just hanging with my mum and auntie. They are so strict, just letting you know.

They will ask for a passport and if he is caught with a fake, all his winnings will be seized, he will be banned from the casino for life, and he will be arrested if he sets foot in it again. The gambling age is 21 for a reason and they will not tolerate anyone trying to get around it.

People I know just let there sons gamble until they got caught. Then to get the money the parents went up and got it. But you will get caught right away and no ID will be accepted!! Good luck!

You are asking people on this site to assist you in committing a misdemeanor in the state of Nevada. In many jurisdictions, helping you to commit a crime is also a crime.

Just thought you'd like to know.

I beg of you not to do it. Just a flutter in gambolling can start your sons on a rollercoaster of life destruction. If they win they want to play again, if they loose they want to recover their losses. I heard the sentence millions of time " it was just a bit of fun, a one off" but I have seen them years on losing everything, their family, their houses, businesses and more.

what kind of parent are you? try encouraging your sons to tell the truth and find an interesting activity that will develop their bodies or minds, rather than bringing up deceitful saddos who think breaking the law is justified and throwing their money away is a valid hobby.

They spot and hold fake id's in Vegas and turn them over to the police.
