Years of being a hockey fan, and just TODAY I realized the animal inside of the Wild logo. This whole time I just thought it was supposed to be like a forest or something; I guess you could call it an optical illusion. So when this logo was first realized, did you see the animal at first? And what animal is it supposed to be? (if it is supposed to be one)

HALEY - Thats cool about the FedEx logo. You learn something new everyday! I know you can't really read it, but the NY Rangers logo ACTUALLY says "New York Strangers"

And no problem about that Devin guy. Lightning fans gotta stick together!

JEFF - Ya, I really like this logo now. It's almost as if it's got its only little story.

wow- no wonder so many people on here would rank it the worst logo in the worst logo polls we often had here...

They didn't know what the logo looked Like!

Wow folks.... where do you get braille keyboards?

ya but i had to look really closely to see it...bizarre, no?? i think it might be a bear

EDIT- hahahahahaha the logo is so funny sometimes. It completely shows what Minnesota is about. Trees lakes trees lakes and lakes and trees and dirt. And stars...thats true. My moms family is from Minnesota (which i guess would make my mom from there 2) and they think that I think that theyre wierd cuz they are from Minnesota and they do all this weird stuff that you would probably get arrested for doing here in California. lol. But come on...they have no proof. all they do is assume that us Californians are stuck up brats like the movies make us seem. It only 90/10 of us are stuck up. lol

Some of these people are so funny...being stupid. lol. Oh, I just noticed the sharks logo had a shark in it!!! I thought that was just a big fish!!! lol. Actually, isnt a shark a big fish anyways??? Never mind never mind

The Wild logo, a pictogram, is the shape of a wild animal, the North Star, evergreens, a red sky. The green, tan and red colors take their roots from Minnesota’s landmarks. Minnesota Wild chairman Robert O. Naegele, Jr.said “There’s the rugged, natural element of Minnesota and then you toss in a little harvest wheat because we’re an agricultural state and then we have the Iron Range heritage.”

What animal? I thought that was simply a star in the sky, and probably the North Star(but they likely can't admit that due to copyright risks).

add: Wow that is fascinating, it is better to point out that it is the outline. Yeah I would call that more of a wild cat type thing then a bear.

TB: I did notice the animal in the logo, but I know what you mean.

The other day I found an arrow in the FedEx logo, I never knew it was there.

BTW: What's up with the Rangers logo? You do know, that they are playing them tonight? Did someone brainwash you? Also, thanks for getting my back earlier. You are a great guy.

Edit: the Strangers....pretty funny, especially after tonight.

I always thought it looked like a bear. I never noticed the forest until you pointed it out though.

I figured it out right away. But that's because I looked from the outside on in. If I had noticed the star, the trees, and then the stream first, I might not have been able to discern the bear head. I don't care what people say, it looks like a bear to me.

If it makes you feel any better, TB, I saw the wild cat-thing, but I didn't even see forest background until a year ago. With these kinds of optical illusions, I think it has something to do with how you think; kind of like that "glass half-full/empty" bit.

I just noticed it too. I wouldn't say its inside though, its more the outline of the logo itself that is the animal.
