It could be done, but you would have to have the data and IP addresses from their internet provider, so basically it could be done if you could get the information from the ISP, but they don't give that out unless it is to law enforcement.
That's how they bust people doing illegal stuff.

no not the exact location but the state or county and maybe the town ! the internet provider changes your ip address frequently to different places within about 50- 100 miles radious of your house

short answer: internet provider vendors "very own" blocks of IP addresses and assign them to their purchasers. So your large apple ISP assigns an IP to you there and your NC ISP assigns one to you in NC.

unless you have a warrant from a judge ...more then likely the answer is no. Most ISP keep that information private.
