Yes I have and we only have one judge in this county and I never want to see that fool's face again.

I did once. I was young and fairly stupid. My boyfriend called me from a bar in town to pick him up. I drove his truck and wore his jacket. He had a 2" pen knife in the pocket that I didn't even know about. When I got to the bar he was being questioned by the police. His ID was in doubt and he was in the military in a town that despised military. I walked over and told the police I was giving him a ride home. They questioned me and I got upset because I was doing nothing but providing a ride. A policeman decided to frisk me. I had just put on jeans and a halter top to pick him up. I had been at home. SO jeans a halter top and a leather jacket. I guess they wanted to cop a feel. By now I was furious. All I had done was show up to give a ride. I had not drank anything, not broken any law, I had my license and so on. They found the pen knife and arrested me for having a concealed weapon.
At this time I was a pre-law student. I paid my bail and went to discuss my case (a fine) with the prosecutor. I showed her the applicable laws that defined a concealed weapon which were very specific. The one I had did not come close to being illegal. It was a 2’ non locking one bladed pocket knife. She laughed and said I was right but I was going to pay anyway because the cost of a trial was more then the fine. She said "Suck it up honey". My dad ended up telling me to just pay the fine and he gave me the money so I did. I still feel like I should have fought but I honestly believe that the judge would be no better.

Yes there is something you can do about it and that is to contact The Disciplinary Board of whatever state you are in or whatever state the Law/Judge is practicing in. They have forms you fill out and they do address them, meaning they do investigate and they do put the attorney on notice of the complaint and the attorney has to file a response. So please don't just bite the bullet especially if you are being done wrong. I know that you can file complaints ( at no cost) with the disciplinary board on attorneys for LOTS of reasons and they do respond to your complaint and perhaps if you do that you can get some relief and not get jerked around ....
I wish you lots of luck ~~

I'm getting so cynical about the law. You could as easily ask, "If I sign a contract with Satan, could he turn out to be a real slimeball?"
Legal types -- including most judges and lawyers -- hope that you will believe that theirs is a noble profession. I think they even delude themselves into believing that they are the great healer of disputes in a just manner.

Judge Soloman in Brooklyn City Court, he was really just interested in getting my boss, there was really nothing I could do or really wanted to get involved in.
