Everytime I remind her she gets angry and she says she will pay me back but never does. Should I just take the game back if she wont pay me for it. I hate how money can ruin a good friendship but hey it was a $60 game and she wont pay me back

A good lesson for you. Never loan more money than you can consider a "gift" in your own mind. So, you could loan $5 and not care if you got it back, but maybe not $60. You're right, it's a shame, but $ will come between friends almost before anything else.
p.s. I don't think you can take the game. You didn't loan her the game - she bought it. You loaned her $$.
