Sincee the right to life is an inalienable right, how do you justify support for the death penalty?

If, through their actions, a can person can forfeit their "right" to life isn't life then a privilege that can be taken away rather than an inalienable right?

The rights of a person do not kick in till the person is a citizen, the constitution of the United States grants citizenship under the IV amendment.
The IV amendment:
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The death penalty is only imposed after "due process of law".

Persons who commit the most heinous claims give up their right to life. You cannot successfully rationalize the death penalty.

yes i do support the death penalty in serton cases take for instinct this week i herd about this man who raped a 10MONTH OLD LITTLE GIRL it was not bad enough he discroid all her organs but bit her to she died later that day from her injuries this is one of those times

They are unrelated.
Taking an innocent life is reprehensible, whereas taking the life of someone who has given up their right to live (i.e. murdering someone else) is very much the correct punishment for the crime.
