No, but with the new alliances that have formed, Iran is in the position to raise crude oil to $200 a barrel, doubling it from todays prices. Not only is he in the position, but he has already threatened that. Why do you think, now of all times, are we going to host talks with the Middle East? Nothing will stop Bush from doing anything. Our Democratic Party is almost worthless, they are afraid to do the right thing and or put their foot down. Bush does not have the intellect to NOT stir up more trouble. Threats and words are basically harmless, actions speak louder than words. If we actually had the Impeachment process started, if hearings and committees were formed and activated, then maybe there would be a little pressure. But as it stands now, he hears what he wants, does what he wants, when he wants, and no one is holding him accountable. Threats only go so far. No, it is not enough.

The government of Iran has been at war with the US since the hostages were taken during the Carter administration.

However, unless Iran takes out a major city with a nuke really soon, the problem will be left to the next administration. After that, it's anyone's guess. We'll either kick butt or pay a tribute, depending on how we vote in 2008.

No. The President will do whatever is necessary. Joe Biden is a big mouthed nobody. He won't scare anyone. Besides, he cannot start impeachment. That has to be done by the House of Representatives.

I don't think so, and even though I am completely against the war in Iraq, Iran is a completely different kettle of fish.

No, NO, and NOPE. If the president is impeached he will suspend the congress and declare a state of emergency. Then attack Iran for creating the emergency.

GW is a Lame-Duck President.
With only one more year to go on his term, Iran will be safe, unless they attack us. GW won't invade if he won't be able to complete the job prior to the end of his term.

Likewise, Iran won't attack us because of the liberal line-up we have as candidates for the elections next year. They'll want to be on "good" terms with a new administration.

call it a smokescreen, call it handwaving bullsh*t, it's not going to happen. bush can commit treason, in the form of outing a CIA agent, he can start wars without declaring them, go against international law and torture people, paying for it with your tax dollars.

he can do anything he wants, and he'll never be taken to task for it.

if you think there are two parties in this state, you're very sadly mistaken.

this stunt is merely for entertainment purposes.

excuse me, i've got to get back to work, gotta make sure that 40% of my time goes to financing all this!! now if only i can figure out what i am getting from it.

I certainly hope not.
I dont think george bush will be swayed from fulfilling task he believes to be correct. He has never blinked before in the face of adversity from liberals and traitors.

Iran is the enemy of the free world, sponsoring terrorism, threatening its neighbours with nuclear attack and destabilising the entire middle east.

Should america ,with endless resources really stand by and do nothing while evil thrives?
In years to come, bush will be remembered as a great leader and visionary.
