My dog watches T.V. all the time I've noticed
that she likes some shows more than others;
Sh will just sit there and when something that
interests her comes on she gets up goes to the
T.V. and sniff the T.V. I think that is so cute &
sometimes when she sees cats or dogs
jumping or running in circles she joins in.

It may be the sounds. My cat likes some songs, usually whiny ones like 'Yesterday" or "The Sound of Silence'

I think it was a little of both. Try it again tonight for the same reaction, but this time try a tear jerker and see if she cries.

i think it was probably the images on the screen, the lights flashing and whatever was happening probably caught his attention.
