Great question. I think that if you are happy with your life and that does not include love, and by that I assume you mean romantic love, better to be happy. However, there is no better feeling then falling in love, when it is coming back to you. So, I would prefer to be forever falling in love.

Happiness can encourage love and love can bring happiness...so thats a tough one. On the other hand if your happy and then find love it can flip on you in the blink of an eye and cause a person to be unhappy. So I guess i would rather be happy.

Happy for sure!....

Being happy, you don't have to rely on anyone else except for yourself and what your beliefs are.

Being in "love" is a hard thing because it's more of a team work effort to be happy. If everyone focused on being happy first, then in love, I think the world would be a lot better place.

If your in Love and not happy, then that's not being in love.
The laws of Love... (God's Laws) are simple, effective and true... that's when you know you are happy.. just the same.

I have more teachings on faith..

It is better to be happy, but most of the time if you are in love you are happy. But also sometimes if you are in love you are not happy like you cannot have the person you are in love with for some reasons, so you will not be happy.

Just go with the flow of life.

Love doesn't last. So, I'd rather be happy than be in love.

Well I would rather fall in love out of happiness rather than be in love & be miserable, since the person's not going to want to be with you if you're mopey all the time (i shld no)

Being in love can bring happiness.

But at this point in my life, I'll just take a cup of happiness and dump the love.

Both idealistic symbolic concepts created by culture.
Love the symbol of the perfect relationship.
Happiness the symbol of the perfect state of permanent pleasure.

Impossible to attain. Simultaneously the greatest pursuit and source of misery.
