not enough, but to be honest I'm just starting to get comfortable in my own

I do when I am trying to get a different view of something then I put myself in "their shoes" to see as they might see something. I had a person once get upset with me and I hold them I don't see with your eyes so I can't react the way you might from your sight. So One must change the way we see things to get the view from the other shoes.

Unnecessary. Paradigm is the pathology of separation. All is one. You are only talking about experiences and perspective and that has nothing to do with reality. I don't need to experience your experiences to know that you and I are one.
