And its true, Miley Cyrus is being sued. A fan paid $29.99 to Miley Cyrus's Official website to Secure seats at an upcoming concert, but tickets were never made available says TMZ. Now the Hannah Montana actress is involved in a $5 Million class action lawsuit. I understand being dissapointed, and i completely understand wanting a refund. But $5 Million dollars? I think thats stupid! If you were a true fan, you wouldnt sue her! What do you think? -Cosmo Girl

Well, I'm not a fan of Miley Cyrus, but you're right. Say I bought some secure seats to a Linkin Park concert and I never got the tickets I paid for, I wouldn't sue the band just for that. It ain't right. All I'd ask for is a refund and if I didn't get that, oh well. Besides, I don't think the performers should be responsible for the tickets and seating and all that kind of stuff, because the tickets and seats should be under the responsibility of the auditorium/theatre. Miley Cyrus doesn't distribute the tickets herself, neither does Mike Shinoda or Chester Bennington. The performers just go where they're scheduled to go and the auditorium staff is responsible for the seating and tickets.
So in conclusion, this was a bad move by this so-called "fan" of Miley Cyrus. The person should've sued the auditorium for not getting what they paid for, you know? At least that's what I think.

she is richer than that, ppl are trying to take advantage, poor miley, but poor ppl whether she meant harm or not, it's probably true :( and I saw on e!news or something that it's for the asian community or something not just for those offended kids! Also there comes a point in our lives when we get offended and we don't all go and try sueing eachother you know! They're just being meanies :( and if is such a big deal as they're making it out 2 b then just pay the $4000 sure beats $4000000000 ! Look in the 1st pic there's an asian there and he's not being mean, come on how many times has anyone made the slanted eyes? and not meant it in a bad way? the asians -the ones sueing- are a celeb racist as far as I'm concerened

I think it is a class action lawsuit. If a few thousand people were members of the website then it would not be too much of a stretch of the imagination to believe that a court case could fetch $5,000,000. A class action lawsuit could involve every single person who is a member of the website and not just those who were getting tickets. The availability of tickets was a part of the deal and it looks like that turned out to be a lie.

i am a fan too but i believe that the story is true on her official website there is a fansite called mileyworld.com where you supposedly can get good tickets to her concerts before the general public. those fans that sued her only did that because they had to pay the fee for the normal website and got the tickets but then when they got to her sold out concert they did not get the tickets that they were promised. that is the story i heard as far as i know i am correct. i have checked out her website before so i know that you can get the tickets. so yeah hopefully this answers your question

OK Guys, ill tell you this cuz everyone is askin me... YES!! ITS TRUE! I cant help that the tickets didnt get to everyone, and i know people buy them and sell them for alot of money, and im sorry!! Can Y'all just drop it PLEASE!!
