ok well i had the best life an hour ago and now its the worste! i was having a big sleep over with all my friends last night and we were all hanging out today but i came home to take a shower and i was going to go back with them but now im not becase my parents said i cant get the iphone for christmass cause they dont think im responcible! instead there offering me a stupid mac computer! Well i had 20 things on my christmass list so far and the thing i wanted most was the iphone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont want another computer i want the iphone!!!! i already have 4 computers to share with my sister so why should i want that! I took my christmass list and ripped it up and told my parents if i cant get the iphone i dont want anything.. i shouldnt have done that but i thought this was gonna be the best chrstmass ever but now its gonna be the worste ever! and im not going back out with my friends and there begging me all day just to hang out with them but dont they see im angry!!!!!!!!????!!!!

Okay, let's evaluate this situation a little further.
You are, if I am correct in what you have written, crying over a cell phone. Ummm let's see...there are children starving to death all over the world, there are over 2,000 people dead in Bangladesh, there are children here in our own country who can't even get a brand new coat for Christmas and you are crying over a stupid phone?!
If I were one of your parents I wouldn't get you anything for Christmas except community service time at a local soup kitchen or a homeless shelter.
Instead of complaining and crying over the things you don't have why don't you start appreciating everything you do have and be thankful for the parents you've got. Some kids don't even have that much. Some children will be spending Christmas in shelters or abusive foster homes wishing they had two people who really loved them. Wishing that they had a place that they could really call home. Wishing that they had friends.
Wake up girl. There are more important things in life than a stupid cell phone. Why don't you read a news paper or watch the news and grow up just a little.

Are you serious?
First of all, what you need to realize is that life isn't all about computers and iphones.
You have real, living friends, who are asking for some of your time, to hang out with you because they like you, not because you are cool and getting an iphone.
Second, an iphone is very very expensive. Where do you think money comes from? WORKING!
Where do you think money goes?
BILLS.
Do you think your parents have all the money in the world to spend on stuff like an iphone.
Did you ever stop to consider where you would be without your parents.
Your parents pay for your house, your food, your clothes and everything else that you have.
Is it really such a tragedy that you can't get the iphone.
Furthermore, there are a lot worse things in life than not getting the phone you want.
One of your friends could die tomorrow, your parents could die. You could die. Someone you love could get a terrible illness. You could lose you house to bankrupcy.
Makes a phone seem kind of silly huh?
Your parents are right to not get you an iphone. They are expensive and maybe they can't afford. you are obviously selfish and think only of yourself, otherwise you would be out with your friends having fun right now instead of whining about your phone.
And if you are that selfish, then you are also irresponsible.
They said you are irresponsible because if they do get it for you you won't appreciate it.
Grow up and appreciate what you have.

You need to get over it and hang out with your friends. It's not the end of the world just b/c you aren't getting what you want. You never know...your parents may be telling you that you aren't getting it but they might be getting it. They may want to surprise you.
