Blackhawks website says he will return on the 28th, most likely. I think he rushed back from a previous (last) injury. This time he took time with it and received proper rehab. Any player who hurts a shoulder as bad as he did is always an injury risk going forward but he is not going to be the sole center of attention of oppsoing temas with Kane, Toews, Sharp, and Lang opening up the ice so I think this will help him stay healthy longer. I do not see him missing many consecutive games this season as the result of injury but I think they would be wise to sit him for the purpose of "off" days, now and then.

If he can return, Chicago will have another piece of a much improved puzzle. But his health is always a problem. I say 2 games then he will be gone again. Let's hope he can stay healthy and beat Detroit.

I wouldn't hold my breath on his staying healthy. That is why I stopped taking him in my hockey pool. He just seems to have no luck staying healthy.

but we "let him walk" because he cost too much for nothing considering that yes he is always sick!!
take it this way: ok you go at wal-mart and want a statue(for decoration) that costes 100$ But theirs the same one but unbreakable for 100$ wich one would you take?!&%$

Havglass should get traded to a desperate team before the deadline. all his "injuries" were freaky. the "cracked bone in ankle" was him just skating.
this last shoulder thing was his arm raised, and he skated off like he'd just been shot.
either he's a major sissyboy or extremely brittle.
the hawks should not count upon him.

He'll come back then get hurt again. He's a good player, but he's VERY injury prone so it's tough to say.

I've heard he could be back as early as next Wednesday (the 28th). Doctors are saying he is in no danger of re-injuring it (yeah...right!).
I'm anxious for him to get............so they can blow out te Red Wings in their remaining 4 games with one another.

Having had him kill my fantasy teams for the past two years I would have to say his stay on the ice will be shorter than his trips to the IR! He is close to the JD Drew of hockey!
