What a question?
- Thousands killed during 89-92 because of Adwani and company's so called Ram Janma Bhoomi andolan.
- Thousands of solders killed because BJP lead NDS government ignored intelligence information of intruders in Kargil sector.
- Defence Minister in BJP lead NDS government's defence minister caught by Tahalaka getting bribe for soldier's coffins after Kargil.
- A complete train compartment got killed in Godhara when BJP government in place in Gujarat.
- Thousands of innocents killed after Godhara incidence.
And that is development. Don't know what Congress has done but I know BJP has developed only one thing that is hatred, communal difference and crime in state and country.

The answer is very simple .....it's BJP.
So far Gujarat is concerned, every Gujarati knows what Mr.N.Modi has been doing for the overall growth and development of the state.His Innovative nodule of changing the economy of his state at a faster pace is unparalelled in the Indian scenario.He has been able to create interest among the NRIs and the Foreign Investors to put their resources for the development of the state .This is unique.
The rate of growth of GDP in Gujarat is tremendously faster than the rest of the states of this country. The whole nation is automatically benefitted for this.

Oh! yes, we have seen certain developments in 10 years, for example "Demolition of Babri Masjid", "Gujrat Riots which could be considered Holocaust because of the lives lost" etc...& lots more......now if u call this development, then yes we sure have seen developments in the period BJP government.....!!!
