It happened to me. I appealed a violation and I won, but in winning, I likely said some TRUE things Yahoo didn't like, because I was just dropped ( my level 7, 28,000 point account) + my 360 one. And they won't say why.

I sho hope not!!! I have complained about a few Q's that should NOT have been violation notices at all! Someone or somebodies sho don't like me!

Always...unless I know that I absolutely deserve them...(only one so far was deserved). I've argued a couple of dozen of them and so far **(knocks wood)** no suspensions.
