I need help W a Legal Problem involving "Police Mis-Conduct inthe Yuma Az.area . My rights were severly violat

My civil rights were violated by a "Police Officer ," who is actually employed by a private corp .in this area . They have the same police powers as any municipal police ,arrest power ,ticketing ,etc . This officer wrongly ticketed me & it was subsequently thrown out of court . He then on a seperate occasion " Stalked " me & threatened me & harrassed me & told me to " Get out of Yuma " because it's only a matter of time before he "Sees" me again & "it's funny how these things come full circle " ,indicating & insinuating that he plans to harrass me & threaten me further,thus intimidating me & causeing me great anxiety & fear of him coming after me again & doing something sinister to me . He also confiscated my I.D. & refuses to return it to me ,even after several repeated requests for it's return ,even from his supervisor in Tuscon .This refusal can be documented ,as I have it on my Email .As you can see this is a complicated case & I can't completly explain it all here .So Please !Hel

Sue him, always obey the law, arm yourself, and be prepared. You may be dealing with a nutjob and there's no telling what he might do.

There are no private cops with arrest powers in yuma or anywhere else.

Tehre are security dudes with egos who are cop wannabes everywhere.

Your case is not complicated.

You simply don't know how to act around people in a uniform who say they are cops but aren't.

You are lucky you didn't end up like the girl in the Kentucky McDonalds, but unless you figure it out fast, you might still have that happen to you.

Go to a real cop, tell them about the id, and don't waste much time on it. If that doesn't yield immediate results, go get a new id and be done with it.

Then stop doing things to draw the attention of security guards. If just showing up in their area draws attention now, then don't even go there.
