I have suffered from depression and OCD for many years. Controlled with medication now and I'm fine and dandy!!! Terrible times after I had the children and thats when my depression took hold and the OCD was kind of a side effect to that - losing control of things I guess. I came of tablets for 2 years and then relapsed when I lost my father nearly 3 years ago. I should come off them again but I am reducing the dose slowly

My sister has depression and some times she has shocks and she can't breathe.
My cousin has anorexia neurosa
You are not alone , everybody suffer more or less but some can deal it alone and not reveal it as illness...

I have Asperger's Syndrome ... a mild form of autism but I don't know if it's an illness ... illnesses can be cured, this can't.
