The show wasnot taped, cause she was talking about her mum the whole time and the next day's funeral.

PS - to the nitwit snotty answers, i was JUST asking your opinion. Why do people get so snotty in their answers all the time on here?

most likely the show that you saw on the day(s) after were pre-recorded for events such as that, in the event she couldn`t be on the air, for business or personal reasons. and with all of the writers/performers strikes and the legal contracts in that business, it is a great idea to be able to grieve in private, yet the show does go on. in spite of her hard hearted reputation, some where under neath, she`s still a human, and when the lights go out and she`s allone in bed, tears are falling aplenty. give her some space for a while

Perhaps both, perhaps just someone who's a focused person who believes "the show must go on". Plus, it could have been a taped show?
