Probably. If he has been healthy and has a plump tail, I wouldn't be worried yet. After he sheds he should go back to his normal eating habits.

It probably is. Leave him be so he can shed. I know that snakes eyes get milky looking when they are about to shed and they can't see well. This might also be the case with lizards, so just leave him be for a couple days. If in doubt , call your vet.

Yes it could be it could also be because it is getting cooler out depending on where you live.
