I think they're still mad about the whole spying incident and will have no problem running up the score on them

That's so stupid.

The Jets may not be great but they are not a Pop Warner team.

Maybe they will score 340 points....

Or 1,749.

These are the same Jets that just upset Pittsburgh by outduelling their #1 rated defense. QB Kellen Clemens is showing some moxy, and new defensive starter LB David Harris is tackling everything that moves.

Don't expect the Jets to not want to show up the Patriots after their "Vanessa Hudgens" moment on the sidelines Week 1. I don't expect the Jets to win this game, but I'd take the points after talking major trash about the Jets to some bandwagon Patsy fan.

Despite the few homers making their predictions for Week 12 by simply erasing the word "Ditka" and replacing it with the word "Belichick", from a real perspective there's NO WAY the Patriots get 56 points on the Jets, much less 100 points. Like the Pats are sneaking up on anyone.

I am sure that the Patriots would just love to score 100 points against the Jets (I think we all know why). However, the Jets are a much better team than their record shows. They have lost most of their games by 5 points or less. They have a coach that knows how to gameplan and they have great special teams. Their offense and defense may not be all that great, but I'm sure that they won't even come close to giving up 100 points. The Patriots have scored as much as they possible could against every other team, so how could they possibly try to score more against the Jets. I couldn't see the Patriots scoring any more than the mid-50s this week.

100? Unlikely. Virtually impossible. However, I won't discount seeing the pats score mid 50's, possibly even 60 or so points on them. And while I agree that the jets are better than their record suggests... The patriots haven't been playing most of their game with "fire". Other teams have been outclassed, but other than the Colts game(and even then... only in the 4th quarter, or in the red zone), the pats weren't pushing hard to win. The pats are going to be pushing to CRUSH the jets. This will be fun to watch. (Except for Jets fans.)

Actually, I don't think they'll run up very many points. Here's why. The Pats will have home field advantage all locked up, and they'll have 2 games after the Jets, the dolphins and the giants. Belichick doesn't want anyone to get hurt. If the Pats were to score 60 points and be trying to pile more on, something bad could happen to the team. Belichick wants to win the superbowl, so he won't run it up.

Don't be so mean. The Patriots will score no more than 30 points each quarter against the Jets.

I truly doubt it. While I would love to see it, it just isn't going to happen.

No one is truly aware of what Belichick is thinking, but I really doubt that he is as vengeful as he has been portrayed. Give him grief for going for it on 4th down...why?!? He could have elected to kick a short-distance field goal for a guaranteed 3 points. Instead, he took the chance of no score and turning the ball over on downs. How is that 'running up the score'? The defense failed to stop them. Not Belichick's fault that the opponents defense failed. The offense is paid to score, the defense is paid to prevent that.

Anyway, as bad as they are, I think that the Jets will control the ball long enough to make 100 points against them physically impossible.

Not literally, that would take 13 TD drives, if you go for 2 every time. In a 60 minute game, that would be an average of about 4-5 minutes a drive, and the series the Jets would have the ball back...

A lot of lucky stars would have to strike for that...

Vegas is thinking of taking this game off the board
they are predicting the spread will be in the 30's and feel the Pats will cover

Poor Vegas they are taking a bath this year on the Pats

i think the Pats just might take it easy on them ,hear me out 1st

If they blow them out say 60-7 people will say they are just upset the jets turned them in

but if they beat them oh and they will beat them itll probly be 38 -0

Showing them hey no hard feelings ....Root for us we are in the Play-offs

The Jets players are not to blame. Its their coach who while being an assistant coach under Belichick never had a problem with cheating until he had his own team.
Let me sigway here. Detriot is going to give new meaning to punishment when they mop the field with Green Bay. Go Lions.
Pats score 54 Jets Big Fat Zero. There you go Mangini.
