They'll probably need to beat Indy again, they're already two games behind them, and it's likely that Indy would win the tiebreaker (After head-to-head, divisional record, Colts: 3-0, Titans 2-2, Jaguars 2-2)

Also, they got to worry about winning in the division to outdo Jacksonville, which, ironically, would be the best chance to give Indy their first divisional loss (Titans potentially being the second) to set up all sorts of crazy tie breaker scenarios.

Is it possible? Yeah. But you'll need quite the run, and a lot of upsets to go your way to take it..
