Wait I think it's my grammar.

I'm not asking for an advice. I'm asking "you". How do you say a sincere sorry to setlle things.

How do "you" say it?

I only say:

"I'm sorry"

I usually don't excuse myself. The sincerer, the lesser the words.

"Sorry I never told you
All I wanted to say" - Boyz II Men

Just say "sorry". As what they say, "one word is enough for a wise man"...

If you are saying sorry and are sincere in the way and the reason for saying it then you shouldn't have a problem.

I have two ways of saying sorry:

If i mean it, I could hardly say a word. But I try my best to explain myself and apologize to the person.

If I am being sarcastic, I say it quickly and loudly and I would always "give name" to the person like...
"I am SORRY Mr. Perfect!"
something like that.

Oh god...I think I'm a little coward or maybe with too much pride...that I always say sorry in a funny way...like I would say to my Friend "bakla sorry ha, nasaktan pala kita"...and then I just keep quite and let her/ him do the talking...

From the heart but no grovelling for me. I just say sorry sincerely and let the person accept it. If he won't then I won't insist. At least I did my part to make amends.

With sincerity.

If I offended someone

a) because I said or did something that turned out to be wrong, I would say "I'm sorry."

b) but I was proven to be right, I would say I'm sorry for the results of my actions, but I would not apologize for the actions themselves.

say sorry only when you mean it. if you're sorry for something you did, make sure you'll never do the same thing again before saying that you're sorry, otherwise...
