I'm talking about non-alcoholic. I would NOT be drinking alcohol anyways!

I drink it like water.....good thing it's holiday season cause I am craving it like crazy. My Dr. said it was fine as long as it's pasteurized which it is!

I believe anything made with raw eggs is a big no no. They do make Pasteurized Egg nog and that is safe to drink. Just like Apple cider, if it's organic boil it first. Hope I have helped.:)

.Depends on how much "nog" you got in it>

Alcohol is not good for the baby. Normally, I would say a little will be OK, but depending on where you are in the pregnancy it is NOT WORTH THE CHANCE.

If the alcohol get into the baby at a critical formation of something it could cause a defect.

Yes, if it is pasteurized or cooked. The stuff you buy in the store is fine, but homemade stuff can have raw eggs, so ask the chef or avoid to be on the safe side.

pasturized egg nog (minus the rum of course! lol) is perfectly fine. a bit fattening & sugary, but just don't drink TONS all the time & it won't hurt a thing.

Well, you shouldn't have the alcohol or the raw eggs...So, pass on the real eggnog. You will be fine with the pasteurized kind that comes in the milk aisle.

Yes, just keep it alcohol free. ( I know it sucks, but just think, next year this time you can have as much rum and egg nog as you like!!)
