Um yeah get some sleep. Take a serious nap, but don't sleep too long bcuz too much sleep isn't good either. You're not stupid, but are losing your mind. Literally. Lack of sleep can cause your brain cells to die. So get some sleep and you'll be less irritable and you won't have to yell at your sisters, because half of the time it's probably insignificant things that you're yelling about. Then you won't laugh at stupid stuff so hard that you get a headache which by the way is a side effect of sleep deprivation. But we all go through it, so you're not alone. Yo'll make it through.

Wait a minute? You yell at your siblings... I assume because they're annoying or what have you, seeing as how you used the word HAVE to, you don't get much sleep... and you laugh at stupid things. Well, if you laugh at these supposedly stupid things... your mind clearly doesn't think they're stupid, or it might find stupid things funny... and if that's the case, trust me, you're not the only one by any means. You're freaking out pal, calm the **** down and accept the way you are. I assume you're having acceptance issues, maybe not. I would try to be a little nicer to your sisters, but I know what siblings can be like.

Honestly, you're just a little loopy from lack of sleep. You have the "sleepy stupids" which I know plenty about because being in University I pull many all-nighters! Get more sleep and you won't sound so crazy. Your mind and body will thank you!

Hmmm... I don't get a lot of sleep, I yell at my lil' sister all day every day, and I laugh at the dumbest things it isn't even funney, and you know what? I still laugh. Hmmm... must be otaku-itis... wouldn't you say, doctor nee-san?(my twin looks up from her manga, nods, then contiues reading) Yes, I would definatly say so.

I personally think that if you can't laugh at everything, you don't have a sense of humor. =D

When you are ok with who you are then life makes more sense.

Try not to yell at your sisters everyday, try to find one good thing about them each day.

Its important to start each day on a positive note!!!!.

And yes get some sleep, if that's a problem go see you doctor.

Good luck.

My vote is insanity by siblings. A common affliction that strikes older siblings, through sleep deprivation. The laughing at stupid things, that is the clue that only leads to this diagnosis.

If you're not getting a lot of sleep it's probably making you cranky and irritable. Get more sleep and you will be less cranky and less apt to act like that. You're not losing your mind or stupid, you're just sleep-deprived. Sleep is important for your health.

Just part of growing up.
Having said that I am 60 and find it hard to sleep.
If you have a lot on your mind, it is difficult to sleep.
If you have lack of sleep, it will make you irritable and not function properly.
Visit doctor and get some thing to help you sleep!
I will not take medication, but some times it will help.
Best wishes

You sound like Buzz Lightyear on Toy Story, when he finally realized he was a toy. "Can't you see, I aamm Mrsss Nesssbbett.!" Just messing around, life is hard sometimes, I think we all go through that, one time or another, stick through it you'll be fine. I know that's not the best advice, but I'm in a weird state of mind too, so it's hard to think.
