I'm in community college, and I haven't joined any clubs yet.

In high school, I had alot of extracurricular activities including a sport. When I entered community college, it all went downhill, because I was in a new school with new people plus I am shy.

Am I doomed? Will no colleges take me because of this?

No, it's not the same in college. As long as your grades are good, there should be no problem. But you should get involved just to make your experience more interesting.

You should be okay if you did stuff in high school.

Just make sure you do stuff outside of classes once you're in college. Take it from someone learning the hard way, you'll be pretty screwed if you have nothing really going for you besides the degree you get.

Dude just make up some stuff. The university is not going to go back and check all the things you've done. Being a member of a church is a extra curric activity.

It won't really matter as long as you have good grades. I got into college and didn't have any at all from high school or college.
