Take it to the vet or call a vet and get front line or advantage. Make sure you clean your entire house too. Any bedding wash with hot water even yours and his, clean the carpets. Can usually get some powder that kills the fleas. Vacuum and then throw away the vacuum bag, clean all floors with bleach. That will prevent the dog from getting fleas again. I had a buddy that got his dog some flea medication but never cleaned his place. Didn't do much good because the fleas just kept coming back.

Go and get some flea medication from a vet, like Frontline, Advantage, Advocate or Revolution.
Fleas are not hard to deal with in this day and age, so long as you stay away from store-bought products - these don't work, so you'll battling them forever if you try these!

Frontline works really well. It's expensive -- $50 - $60 for six months supply. But it's worth it. Get it online, or at your vet.

if it is a young dog call the vet and ask wat age u can give them flea medicene if it is a older dog buy them front line not the off brand some of those can kill ur dog!!!!!!!!!!!!:(
