My first impression would be that they have some abhorrent skeleton in the closet, which probably stems from some sort of sick fetish they indulge into when they are at home looking at something on the internet that they really shouldn't be.
Either that or they are uncomfortably warm.....

One of apathy...I would understand that he/she was probably nervous and would instantly do my best to make him/her feel more comfortable with me. I would also wait until that person looked away to wipe my hand on my shirt in an inconspicuous way.

Eww! I personally wouldn't have a first impression, I'd be more concerned about washing my hands, if they were a stranger! My opinion! =)

I'd probably think to myself that this person doesn't wash his or her hands after using the bathroom and I would be disgusted and go wash my hands right after.

I wouldn't think anything of the person, but I would think to wipe my hand on my pants.
