The name ' The Top-Tap' to refer to a faucet that is fitted from above is now legally mine as I publicly claim intellectual rights to that name.

Of course you can buy it from me for the right price!

With no offense to you, nor to answer 1; I suspect many have been in your place. I struggle with catch phrases and names for a business; and how it might relate to getting attention as well as being viable.

One of my issues with NAMING; as one who has also been involved in the ad game; is having that notion coincide with the invention or creation of something. My personal opinion, with all due repect; is that it should have been part of the process. Again, and with respect; for ANYONE to offer you a name that you ADOPT, and have it become an ICON; sounds so much to me like a ROYALTY issue.

Without knowing at all, the benefit of the product; it's effectiveness; sales projections (often dependant on NAME) or why YOU would need HELP; I kind of see a wee bit here that might garner you income from a plagerized; suggested; great product name. Also without knowing at all what the device might LOOK like, and any aesthetics issues, one might offer names that could be negative.

IE: I won't name the brand but it seems to have some level of popularity. The TAG LINE on the product is LARGE,,,"WINE IN A BOX" while the brand name is a smaller font. I suggest that suggests TRENDY, and perhaps not a name that might be so positive.

The real bottom line (seems to be) is the effectiveness; apparently in design; for replacement or maintenance.

Some poorly used words include "Quality" BTW.

Just one old Wolfs two cents.

Kinda reminds me of an OLD quote..."What's in a name" OR... " A Rose by any other name is still......................."
