a prankster? a feindish person has accousted your friend (perhaps in the dark) and then placed him on a pre glued toilet seat? Me thinks not. But if I am wrong, the only course of action is to find a new friend. Yes, just leave the friend on the seat and walk away. Slowly... Or if that tests your resolve, call the ambulance. Why not take a few "happy snaps" to capture this memorable experience? Whilst your friend grows back the skin he lost in hospital- you two can have good old chuckle about the "prankster" that committed what seems like the perfect crime.

Yes Warm soapy water will dissolve superglue. So will acetone
aka Nail varnish remover.
Cling film stretched taut over the bowl with the light application of warm air from a hair dryer also works quite well.

Without even bothering to read any of the 10 above answers, all very likely VALID, even if facetious; I'm ost curious about anyone considering garnering attention here; with questions like this; and perhaps having little else to do; in a positive sense; with their time?

if you want to release your friend then light a fire at the back of the pan,trust me they will be off the seat in under 3 seconds.

yes...just undo the nuts and washers at the back of the loo seat...it comes off easy.

rubbing alchohol will dissolve most kinds of glue, stronger solvents would probably give him a skin rash or worse.
