Many or most Jehovah's Witnesses are likely to consider that verse a reminder that they have a responsibility to help bring the good news of Christ to their neighbors.

(Romans 10:14) how will they call on him in whom they have not put faith? How, in turn, will they put faith in him of whom they have not heard? How, in turn, will they hear without someone to preach?

(Luke 10:1-17) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos... “He that listens to you listens to me too. And he that disregards you disregards me too. Moreover, he that disregards me disregards also him that sent me forth.”
